Ria spent a week as an intern at La Giette. She is originally from Jamaica, but grew up in London and worked with cattle in Australia. On the return flight, she saw the ARTE documentary on cattle, which also featured my herd and me. Ria was fascinated by the yaks. She contacted me to ask if she could come for an internship.
